Do I need any equipment?

We provide all the necessary equipment for each class. However, if you would like to bring your own gear or gloves, we are happy to accommodate that as well.

What are your hours of operation?

We have classes available 7 days a week. Our hours of operation vary depending on the class. Please refer to our calendar or Facebook account for more detailed information.

Do I need any prior experience to join?

No prior experience is necessary. Our classes are designed for all skill levels, from beginner to advanced.

What safety measures do you take in your facility?

We take safety very seriously. All of our classes are taught by experienced coaches who will ensure that all members follow proper safety protocols. We also have a first aid kit on-site in case of any emergencies.
